The following roles have abilities that involve gathering information, like a Cop. It should be noted that there are many possibilites for an information role. Information roles are usually defined as roles that recieve a result or information from the mod due to their Night Choice.

Burglar: The Burglar steals one item from a player at night related to that player's role.

Caterer: The Caterer check one customer each night. Donuts=Cop, Pizza=Mafia, Others=Town.

Cowardly Reporter: The Cowardly Reporter can check a player's house to find out if they are home (anyone doing something during the night is not home), or hide in the newsroom to avoid being killed (can not hide on consecutive nights).

Deputy: The Deputy can choose, at any time after one Cop has died, to receive the results of one dead Cop's investigations.

FBI Agent/Cannibal: The Cannibal is a Serial Killer. The FBI Agent starts out investigating players like a Cop, but finds out whether a player is the Cannibal or not. If the Cannibal dies, the FBI Agent becomes a normal Cop.

Forensic Cop: The Forensic Cop investigates one person each night, and gets a list of all people who have targeted that person during the game. If the Forensic Cop targets a person more than once, later investigations will give a list of only those who have targeted since his/her last investigation.

Forensic Expert: The Forensic Expert investigates a death and gets a name of someone who might have done it (with a likelihood as percentage).
