The Premacorin Mural is a work of art which you have only heard rumors about. It records all human history in one vast display of gaudy colors. At the beginning of the display you see the image of Charles Darwin walking arm-in-arm with an ape in a wedding dress. Next to that you see a youthful Egyptian pharaoh in mummy wrappings and a gold mask dancing on the stage of a place called (according to the neon lights behind him) Radio City Museum of Unnatural History. Proceeding along, you see a masked man brandishing silver six-shooters on the back of a silver Tyrannosaurus, hot on the trail of a mustachioed man wearing a swastika. A fat man in a red uniform with white trim flies through the sky in a sleigh pulled by eight F-19 Stealth bombers. He has bags full of guns, ammo and bombs, which he is freely dropping down to King Arthur and his knights so they can battle Genghis Khan and the Yellow Peril. Yet further on, a man in a green and gold uniform (with the number 12 emblazoned on it and a G on the helmet) has just thrown a missile to a man vanishing in the white glow of an atomic mushroom cloud. Finally, at the far end of the wall, you see the ape in its tattered wedding dress, squatting and studying the fire-blackened helmet.

This was my very first Mafia game. I replaced in mid Day 1 with a partner who flaked soon after. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I was aggressive the rest of the day then lurked while the town lynched a lurker at deadline. Day 2 I played well and earned a lot of town cred. The cop was lynched after voting himself and other bizarre things. On Day 3 I cashed in my townie cred to get the final lynch. MiteyMouse shared the win.

Oh lord how badly I played this game. Day 1 I tunneled poor Shotty to the Body and got him lynched, then was lynched myself Day 2 in near-record time (13 posts or something). It was entirely due to my first game... I was way too overconfident going into this one. Town won this game in spite of my play and not because of it. Win was shared with PhilyEc, Cyren, GadgetArcrep, falkomagno, Giskard, and Shotty to the Body.

... and my second loss. In a tale of ultimate irony, I lose this game to Scien and MiteyMouse, two of the principle players in my first game. Scien's play was fantastic throughout and Mitey was her slippery self. Zorblag replaced in D3 and almost won the thing singlehandedly. I on the other hand managed to help get two townies lynched. Sigh.

Bwahahaha, maybe Xylthixlm isn't quite so lynch-proof. The Mafia Godfather gets killed in the endgame on Day 6. I got killed Night 1, since apparently that's my new shtick. This was a fun game to watch though. Win shared with Kise, BloodCovenent, Lamont_Cranston, inHimshallibe (who I tried to kill, heh), xRECKONERx, scotmany12, ConsonantM, and cateraction.

This game was by far the most fun I've had playing Mafia on the site. I think a big reason is because we didn't have any replacements (except me, though I replaced in during confirmations) and had really good participation throughout. I helped lead a wagon on Boxman, the first goon, on Day 1 but his partner AGar completely fooled the entire town and took home the victory. One especially interesting aspect of the game was that we had a claimed cop on Day 1 (Indigo Heron) who not only survived for two nights but also wasn't roleblocked. This threw the town into a tizzy on both days and ended up getting Indigo Heron lynched on Day 3.

I enjoyed this game a great deal. Day 1 I helped lead a wagon on Nuwen/Raivann, the first scum goon. It's always satisfying to get that correct Day 1 lynch. :D Day 2 I felt really good about what we were doing but we ended up in a mislynch anyways. We did, however, correctly guess who the Chosen was, which helped the town immensely. MiteyMouse and Herodotus won the game for the town in LyLo on day 4 by lynching dry-fit. Win was also shared with TDC, Special Ed, don_johnson and Zorblag.

This was another really fun game, especially since I actually lived to the end of it. /invitational 2 used a Chosen format, but unlike Mini 817 this version had two Chosens, and the scum could only exclude one player. On day 1 I led a crusade against Cojin, the first Mafia goon, and got him lynched. hohum was the target Day 2 for his insane play on Day 1, but he turned up town. Day 3 the remaining players initially targetted Scien (the other Chosen) but thankfully switched over to Nikanor, who proved another VT. Since an NK on Night 3 would mean an autoloss for the scum (1 scum and 2 Chosen would remain) there were four players on Day 4's LyLo - Zorblag, Scien, myself and MiteyMouse. Zorblag and I agreed that he was likely the last vanilla townie, and Scien hammered, giving us the win via sacrifice. Town team in win: hohum, Nikanor, qwints, Sajin, Scien, Zorblag

Here I got killed N1, 70 pages happened, and the town won. This is the point I started thinking that win/loss records didn't mean much. Winning town: cateraction , Misstake, Empking, Sajin, Wiirdo, millar13, Kise, Mufasa, Sir Tornado, zwetscenwasser, OhGodMyLife, populartajo, Blood Covenent. Large game was large.

OMG Star Control! /fanboy So I had an immense amount of fun this game, despite Day 1. Day 1 was bad, at least at first. Evil evil Ur-quan Kmd4390 came after me hard right off the bat, and for some reason he completely threw me off my game. I was under heavy suspicion for not responding right, and it didn't help that I had a V/LA for 3 days in the middle of it. I finally did enough iso rereads and such to get myself back into it, and very very fortunately for me evil Ilwrath KeelieRavenWolf made a huge strategic error in her vote on me. The town pounced and got her lynched. That night I used my ship's swap power to switch Rising (who had mysteriously appeared on my ship N0) and Plum. Meanwhile, Day 2 was better. Lots of claims, lots and lots of townie players on red ships. I couldn't believe there would be that many effective millers in the game... one of these had to be scum. Plum and I discussed what to do and determined that she could pick up a bunch of people into her ship and let sigma scan them all to figure out if they were scum. When Dry-Fit declared himself Admiral ZEX, I'd had about enough of the townies-on-red-ships thing. We lynched him, also getting Rosso Carne modkilled for inactivity, thus getting rid of two of those red ships. Unfortunately both were town. Day 3 was sad, so very very sad. I switched Rising and Plum back, and she picked up everyone as planned... and got blasted out of the sky. Plum, Rising, Llocke Lamora and sigma were all killed, and all were town. Poor Plum. No Syreen love for me. The rest of the day we tried to figure out which of Excedrin or Kmd4390 were scum, since both had really weird claims. In talking with Rising we decided on a plan of lynching Kmd4390 and roleblocking Excedrin. I planned to swap myself with Excedrin as an added bonus in order to take over his ship just in case. Fortunately Kmd4390 turned out to be the last scum, town win. Win was shared with Dry-Fit, Excedrin, Kast, Llocke Lamora, Plum (<3), Porkens, Rosso Carne and sigma. Rising also won his survivor win condition as a Spathi.

The Newbie 792 crew asked if we could have another game together, since we enjoyed each other's company just that much. Request granted, and the result was 833. This time around Boxman and Darkstrike_11 were our scum. Yet again, on Day 1 we outed the cop, tracker this time around, who lived to Day 2 while being roleblocked. Indigo Heron got the rope day 1 for being generally lurky and unhelpful and not claiming. Our Doc Thesp was NKed. Day 2 we lynched Wickedest_jr for posting nitpicky WoT's all day and tunneling. tracker was NKed N2. Then AGar voted MiteyMouse despite LyLo and that was that. I was pretty off this game, and town as a whole deserved the loss.
