Game History

Mini 783: Cowboy Bebop Mafia

Moderator: Jahudo
Role: Town Romani (Miller + Commuter)
Fate: Survived
Winner: Town
Notes: I'm pretty proud of this effort. I came close to replacing out after I received the dreaded Miller role and kinda screwed up my claim but I told myself to stick with it. We mislynched D1 but never missed again. We had a very powerful role of Crime Boss on our side. When this role died it could pass down a double vote to the first town member on his list. We used this to scum hunt because if we put the most scummy at the top we found scum. It was a good role but in truth it only netted us one scum (in endgame). All in all it was good flavor, good scum hunting, and a good group of people.

The Werewolves of Millers Hollow

Moderator: Haschel Cedricson
Role: Simple Villager
Fate: Devoured Night 3
Winner: Ongoing
Notes: To be completed after game has completed.

Mini 740 - Communiqué Mafia 2

Moderator: dahill1
Role: Town Postman
Fate: Endgamed
Winner: Scum
Notes: Worst possible place for me to be in at the end of the game. It came down to me and the two players that I had pegged as most town. I picked wrong. Scum in this game deserve a medal. The game allowed us to communique with a single private message per night and a single private message per day. We then created a codex to further communique. Scum FIGURE OUT our codex. Ugh. I would have never thought to even try that. But hats off to Casey and Budja for a solid win.

Mini 756: La Cosa Nostra

Moderator: Knight of Cydonia
Role: Doctor
Fate: Survived
Winner: Town
Notes: This was my first time playing doctor. It was a lot of fun. My plan was to seem as townie as possible to draw the night kill and protect myself every night. On night 1 I knew it would be me or Trumpet of Doom. In the end I chose me because I knew I was town. On night 2 it was a no-brainer and I protected myself blocking the mafia's kill. On night 3 I protected our claimed compulsive vigilante, Porkens, assuming the mafia wouldn't risk targeting me again. The MVP for the game goes to Porkens. He successfully vigged two of the mafia and took part in the lynch of the third. Bravo!

Open 123 - Vengeful Mafia

Moderator: Plum
Role: Mafia Goon
Fate: Combusted to Death (Simultaneously w/ Mafia Godfather)
Winner: Town
Notes: I was a Mafia Goon and Crazy was my Godfather. We did pretty well and stretched the game out for quite a while. I had Artem believing I was town, but in the end the game lasted too long and the scum-tells came out. MVP goes to populartajo for picking the scum-team rather quickly but he didn't have support for a very long time. I got lazy and he convinced the other two Crazy was scum.

War in Heaven II

Moderator: Mr. Flay
Role: Loyal Cherub
Fate: Cast out of heaven in the 15th Æon
Winner: The Fallen (Scum)
Notes: Terrible display by the angels. Terrible, terrible, terrible. First, this game ran 3 weeks and spanned 163 pages! No way would I ever be able to keep up with that. I did the only pro-town thing I knew to do and I selected the most townie player and told him I would be his puppet, checking in daily to see who I should hurt. Of course, the scum jumped right on this (DrippingGoofball) and made it out to be a anti-town action. Oh well, this was the worst loss I have ever suffered. We only hit one scum the whole game.

Mini 758 - Normalcy

Moderator: Porkens
Role: Vanilla Townie
Fate: Killed Night 1
Winner: Mafia
Notes: I didn't follow this game much after I left. SpyreX somewhat sealed my fate when he was lynched on D1 by saying I was the most pro-town player. I read in endgame that [[[Atronach]]] was worried I would not back off of him sense we had recently finished a game where he was scum and did not want me to continue to bring attention his way. It was probably a smart move. ^.^

Mini 736 - The Masonry

Moderator: Darox
Role: Townie
Fate: Killed Night 3
Winner: Mafia
Notes: I really couldn't get into this game. Literally everyone was either in the mafia or in a masonry except for me and one other player, Max. I also got tunnel-vision on another townie, zwetschenwasser, because he was acting very scummy. He dropped the hammer on a townie on D1 after they made a claim without allowing discussion. Then, on D2, he took part on a lynch of his masonry recruiter. It was a very stupid vote. So I would not rest until he was lynched. He was lynched and then I died the next night...I guess I was no longer useful to the mafia. :) It was a perfect win for Mafia.

Mini 729 - Wolf and the Travelers' Road Mafia

Moderator: Jebus
Role: Wolf
Fate: Stabbed to death Night 2
Winner: Wolves
Notes: This was a very fun game for me. It had a lot of flavor and there were no vanilla roles. Props to Jebus for putting together a really nice game. This was the first game I made a fake-claim in and it was believable in my opinion. My partners TonyMontana and Korts did a fine job in this game as well. Third party mugger (serial killer), raider8169, did a really good job of staying hidden. I don't think anyone suspected him as the mugger until Tony killed him on the final night when he had a 50/50 chance of hitting him. The town MVP goes to Vi. She had us all pegged at one time or another (but felt most strongly about me until my claim). If she had not received information that another townie had killed her mason partner then the last lynch probably would have been our last wolf. The sheep, however, turned out to be schizophrenic. It is a good read if you get a chance to look at it.

Mini 730 - Hard Nights in the City

Moderator: SpyreX
Role: Vanilla Townie
Fate: Survived
Winner: Town
Notes: Town did not deserve to win this game and I was a large reason why. I helped lynch the first townie for information on D1 despite thinking he was town. I tunnel-visioned another townie on D2. By D3, we were worse than LYLO. It was two townies, a roleblocking serial killer, and a mafia rolecop. I figured we could No Lynch and hope they killed each other. I basically manipulated the situation to town's advantage and guaranteed the serial killer that town would give the game to the mafia if he did not roleblock and kill the mafia rolecop. The SK basically had to choose who he was going to give the game to and he chose Town. A win is a win. I am pretty disappointed by my D1 and D2 play but I feel I won the game for us on D3 and D4 with my negotiation. None of it would have been possible though if geraintm had not vig killed the mafia godfather on N2.
