Possibly Confusing Setup-Specific Things
If only one Mason or Lover is pulled, then they are essentially a VT. If more than 2 Masons or Lovers are pulled, then all the Masons form one mason group, and all the lovers form one Lover group (rather than separate pairs). The One-Shot PGO will target only one player. If multiple players target him in a single night, he will target the one that arrives first, according to NAR. If there is still a tie, then the player which dies is randomized via Random.org.
Mechanics
- Roles are assigned to players via the Random.org List Randomizer.
- Balance is explicitly not guaranteed.
Setup Design
This setup was invented as a Face-to-Face game at Scummer of Love, using a partial card deck. The setup is intentionally goofy, especially when roles such as the Werewolf Mason, Retired Werewolf Hunter, and Mafia 1-shot Dayvig are drawn relatively frequently. The list of roles was designed to be based heavily on the initial F2F deck by quadz08, with input and approval from Hoopla, the Open Queue Listmod.
