The Mole

The Mole is a LSG/ORG format based on the reality competition show of the same name. In The Mole, players complete missions together to add money to the pot. However, one player among them is The Mole, whose goal is to sabotage the challenges without being caught. All candidates (non-Mole players) generally must complete a quiz at the end of each episode, typically composed of a combination of personal questions about the mole and questions about the Mole's behaviour during the game. The worst-performing candidate on the quiz is eliminated, with time being the tiebreaker. The eliminated player is shown a red screen, while other candidates and the Mole are shown a green screen. In the finale, 2 candidates and the Mole remain. The winner is determined by which candidate scores better in the quiz, which usually has about double the questions compared to normal. Winning with a higher prize pot is considered more prestigious.

Common Advantages

• Joker: If played during a quiz, a Joker corrects a wrong answer.
• Exemption: If a player uses an Exemption during an episode, they move on to the next round without taking the quiz.
• Black Exemption: If a player uses a Black Exemption, this cancels out any Exemptions used in the same round.
• Privilege not to see their screen: Players may earn the opportunity not to have their quiz result revealed. If the player who would have been eliminated in an episode is among those with this privilege, no one is eliminated.
