<pre>{12} The defining game mechanic of Survivor: Doctor Who is time travel, also known as warping. Players may travel backward in time to any round in the game, but must post in a designated thread in their confessional whenever they wish to do so.
{13} Players must wait (3 x rounds traveled) hours after every warp before warping again. Warping from the past back to the present also falls under this rule.
{14} Players can change their votes from a previous TC by warping back to the round it was on. If a vote being changed causes a different majority to be reached, then whoever now has the majority at that TC is considered as voted out from that TC, while the player who was originally voted out takes that player's place in the game. Any eliminations changed during the course of a challenge are announced with the results of that challenge, while any eliminations changed during the course of a Tribal Council are announced with the results of that Tribal Council.
{15} When a player is not in the present, he or she is only allowed to PM the player that was eliminated from the game during that round. So that the player eliminated that round knows who they are allowed to talk to, all eliminated players will be notified via PM and via a message on mafiascum when anyone enters or leaves their round.
{16} Once the Final Three is decided, all remaining players are immediately transported to the present, and no further time travelling or alteration of votes may occur. The players from 3rd to 9th place are all now the jury.</pre>
