Buzzword is a tell used to spot someone for being scummy because they are using "buzzwords" to advance a case instead of looking at motivation.
Common buzzwords are;
Et al.
Why is it scummy?
Buzzwords are considered scummy because, it is possible to just toss out a couple of them in a stream and have it look bad for whoever is being attacked.
"Oh, you're just Flailing and offering IIoA!"
Boom, insta-lynch!
They tend to allow scum to sound like they're scumhunting without actually working too hard nor putting together an actual and sensible case.
