9-11 Town Neighbors

2 Mafia Neighbors

There are 13 houses in a circle. Which player lives in each house can be decided at game start randomly or via players picking a house pre-alignment drafting at the start. Or you can have players pick a new house each day if you want only night talk. The player that lives in house 1, can talk to whomever lives in house 2 and the final house. The player in house 2 can talk to whomever lives in house 1 and house 3. And so on through the circle. Any player can live next to any other player regardless of each player's alignment. Yes, it is possible for Mafia to live next to Mafia.

When a player dies in 'set house from start' formats, you can handle that players death one of two ways. You can say the 'house is collapsible' and thus when player 2 dies, his private topics with 1 and 3 and locked. Or you can say the 'neighborhood is collapsible' and thus allow the player in house 1 to talk to the player in house 3 in a new private topics when player 2 dies. The moderator can select the collapsible method they are most comfortable with at game start.

The neighborhood is always collapsible in 'pick a new house everyday format'. You will get new neighbors for each night and likely want long nights in this format so the private topics get well used
