Recharged is a modifier that causes failed (e.g. roleblocked) shots on a X-Shot or Jack-of-all-Trades ability to be refunded to you, allowing you to use the shot again. You will be notified if your ability fails, effectively making a Recharged ability a pseudo-Checker.
