Rebels in the Palace is an Open Setup designed by Xylthixlm and taking its name from Assassin in the Palace by Kelly Chen. Its important to note that in AITP the guards and king or kingdom is town. And the assassin is scum. While in RITP the guards and king or kingdom is scum. And the rebels are town

Setup and Mechanics

  • 1 King (doesn't know anyone, wins if King + Guards >= Rebels)
  • X Guards (know who King is but not who the other Guards are, win if King + Guards >= Rebels) (X=2 is believed most balanced)
  • 2(X+1) Rebels (win if King is lynched)

Setup Balance Math[1]
