The mod outlines the cast of characters, the maps and the Story. Typically, players openly discuss their logic regarding the puzzle and receive clarification from the Mod. The Mod will ultimately declare when someone has solved the riddle correctly.

    • Anyone may be the culprit, even little kids.
  • All statements made in narration are true.
  • Accomplices do not exist unless they murder, in which case they become culprits.

    • Once a servant’s body is discovered and is believed to be dead, their key is immediately destroyed.
    • A key cannot be removed from a servant. In other words, the servant is essentially the key.
  • Only one key exists for every room.
    • A room cannot be unlocked from the outside without a key but it can be unlocked from the inside.
    • A room can be locked from the inside without the need of a key.
    • The keys to all of the rooms are initially in the servants' room.
  • There is no detective, there is no need for one.
  • If not mentioned, the causes of death are irrelevant.

Winning the Game

  • To win the game you must pinpoint the culprit/s and how he/she/they did it. Basically, you have to post a full theory explaining how everything happened*.
    • When stating a theory, it is mandatory for you to use blue text (#00FFFF).
  • After you make your theory, the mod will respond to it either with red text to disprove it (anything said in red can be considered to be the truth) or normal text just explaining why it's not correct.
  • Some room for interpretation will be allowed with proposing a winning theory.
