- The game name.

- The url of the Mish Mash thread on the MafiaScum forums.

- Anonymous or non-anonymous.

- Who modded the game.

- The number of players.

- Your identifier for the game.

- Tribes you were on.
fate
- Your personal result.
notes
- Optional; any notes you may wish to add about the game.
