Usually, every role without exception has the [[vote]] ability, but the [[Game Moderator]] can choose not to give it to a specific player by any reason. This player is called ''voteless''.

For example, if the Moderator decides the [[Cop]] will not be able to vote, he is called a ''voteless cop''.
This is usually ancillary to the primary [[Role]] for that player; for example, if the Moderator decides the [[Cop]] will not be able to vote, he is called a ''voteless cop''.
