why does this user have the 'blockme' template on their page?.. they have no contributions, so they couldn't have possibly filled 1 of the 6 reasons for blocking (blocking policy)... the summary said 'potential spammer', but until the user actually spams, we don't know do we?.. i would like some discussion on this before we just up & block a user...

if it was a spam(?) page that was deleted, then it might not show up, but the SysOp who deleted the page, should've blocked the User that created that page... i'll see if i can research this later...
