Song Game

The Song Game is a music-focused game where players privately submits around 3-5 songs they like to the Moderator. The Moderator randomizes the order of songs and may include some of their own songs. The Moderator then plays the first minute and a half of them or so for the group. Players submit formal guesses of who they think submitted the song. If you guess someone correctly, you get a point. If nobody guesses the person who submitted the song, they get a point. Whoever has the most points at the end wins!

The game was originally brought to MafiaScum from elsewhere by Cheetory6. It is played primarily in the MafiaScum Discord. Interested players can sign up for the Song Game and Live Games roles to be pinged when a game might be starting.

Tips

• It's a good idea to check if your song is region restricted before sending it to the mod so that everyone on the player list can enjoy your songs.
• Want to check what other players have submitted in previous games to get a sense of their music taste? Some archives of the Song Game can be found in non-indexed Discussion subforums (Tapper's & the Speakeasy). Simply search for threads with "Song Game" in the title after getting approved to access one of these subforums.
