Hotline Mafia is a setup with an abnormal Night 1 based on the alignment of the eliminated player on Day 1.

Setup

Mechanics

  • Daystart
  • Normal voting.
  • If Town is eliminated on Day 1, the Mafia must kill one of their own members in addition to their factional kill.
  • If Mafia is eliminated on Day 1, Night 1 is skipped.
  • Night 2 and beyond happen as normal.
