One of my first scumgames. MaxwellPuckett played a pretty good scumgame, but replaced out. Makara, my other partner, was also replaced, by Persivul. Ranger pressured me early and I felt like I responded to it decently, but she continued to keep me on my toes. Our game-losing mistake seemed to be us killing Varsoon the Doctor above Ika Musume the Roleblocker. Persivul came up with a pretty interesting no-kill gambit, but it predictably didn't pan out and we lost. I did, however, write a little rap about the MYLO town that I'm a little proud of.<br/>

I correctly identified Fostering Rave Bird as scum early on but was stupid about it and dropped the pressure soon. The game was really won by Skybird, the Cop, and the two Macho Doctors, although I did manage to contribute to the gamewinning lynch on pignash in the end. RadiantCowbells thought that the gameloser for scum was killing Benevolent Dictator, but I personally don't feel like the kill was as terrible for scum as RC thought. I think it was still possible that they could have correctly identified scum in the end, especially after Skybird's Cop softing (which I stupidly missed). This was the game that I realized that I was terrible at catching softclaims, and that's definitely a line of play I have to work on.

I replaced into Soren's slot. This setup was an interesting one for sure, with an Innocent Dayvig and the rest of the Town being 1-shot Doctors. My slot predecessor and Not_Mafia chose a special method of killing where the scum had 2 shots total that could be used during the same phase. I decided to use my actions only when it would guarantee a win, which was a shame because no one protected the Laser Cannon (the Dayvig) the first night phase. I assessed the situation and saw that my partner was under pressure and I decided that he was very unlikely to live for very long, so I decided to bus my partner, a risky move that later earned me slight towncred due to my apparent reputation as a conservative scum player. I proceeded to survive several lynches and dayvig shots until a situation where a mislynch would have guaranteed me a win occurred. I was last-minute lynched (literally) singlehandedly by Apricity. RadiantCowbells believed that Ranger was scum, and Ranger was AWOL due to internet issues but had her vote on me. Although I was nominated for the Scummies due to my scumplay, it is my belief that if Ranger was actually present, I would have been unable to last as long as I did during the last day phase. Overall an emotional rollercoaster.

Another one of my first scumgames. Plotinus (one of the BeardedCat hydra heads) really helped carry this game, and we planned out a successful quickhammer that really had my heart pounding. They did wonders to help me improve and learn the ropes and I really appreciate that. This game also gave me a lot of confidence about my scumgame. Spiffeh and Starbuck (and I believe Dwlee?) said things that really made me feel good about playing well and fooling town. Someone talked about this while it was ongoing and that led to my other partner, pignash, getting modkilled (along with Bellaphant, who was town), which slightly detracted from the experience and prevented what I believe could have been a perfect win. I appreciate Nexus for putting up with that. <br/>

The setup allowed us to pick our role from one of two. It also allowed us to pick our preferred alignment, although getting that alignment wasn't guaranteed. I picked scum and got town. Although I did an adequate job catching scum (I pressured Frozen Angel early and pressured Hiplop later in the game), I felt my play overall abysmal. I spearheaded a mislynch on Klingon based on a percieved inconsistency that didn't exist, and as the quote implies, I was having serious trouble piecing together the night actions. One of the most enjoyable parts of this game was my alliance with 3dicerolling, which allowed us to talk about our thoughts in private.

hiplop and I had been discussing hydraing, but it came to fruition with Aeronaut's Hydra Academy. I learned some good stuff, mainly claim and softclaim related, and after a pretty rocky start from me, we basically rocked the game. This game had an interesting loverizer, Dwlee99, which ultimately worked out to our benefit as it allowed for an extra town death. Ultimately I really have to thank hiplop for this win.

I replaced Wake88's slot and proceeded to read through 200+ pages as well as crumb traitor, something that Golden Robster, the last remaining groupscum, missed. RC was correct in that it was a rather unpleasant game to read, through no fault of the mod. Outside circumstances made it very difficult for me to keep caught up with this game and so I contributed heavily to the scum loss which was due to Firebringer's jailkeep on Golden Robster, something that I failed to counterclaim. Overall a pretty poor performance on my part.

This was one of my first theme games, one where we would send our pick of any character to the mod and he would give us a role suited for that character. I picked the Chryssalid from XCOM and got an interesting role where I could be on a lynch and prevent that person from flipping, instead controlling their vote. Essentially, I would "implant" them and turn them into a zombie. This game was ended prematurely due to dramonic refusing to tolerate some of the players' interactions, but town basically had the game in the bag. I got a "desperado gun" D1 and dramonic pulled some interesting shenanigans by giving me a "gun that belonged to a desperado" and basically turning me into a dayvig. That power was presumably what got me killed by the mafia N1. Despite the environment of the game, I still had a lot of fun and would definitely play a hypothetical reboot of this game.

My role was a refilling vig that gained more shots whenever I shot scum. I failed to shoot scum, but I did shoot people that were almost universally scumread. Elyse ultimately pulled out a very close win by dodging the last lynch, which fell on Aneninen. Extrapolated Eagle was the only one that really caught Elyse, and overall I thought Elyse's play was rather impressive.

I would consider the first day of this game some decent scumhunting from me, but I was unable to actually communicate that because I had a post restriction that said I could only communicate through typing out actions, never actually through speech. This behemoth of a game ended with a crazy Cool Cucumbers (wgeurts and Cerberus v666) third party win that I honestly never bothered to understand. I was apparently fear-killed Night 1 and didn't have the time to actually keep up with the game. However, I failed to realize that I could have escaped death by using my ability, leaving the game for the night phase, which was a stupid move on my part.

This was a nightless, flipless 2:7 mountainous. Definitely a big departure from my previous mafia experiences. Extrapolated Eagle and I clashed early, and I originally suspected Firebringer, but managed to write him off as town. However, I was still voting him at time of deadline, which led to his lynch, a foolish mistake that I will try to avoid in the future. Although Chaotic Neutrality was on my scumlist, Ranger managed to fool me completely and together they pulled off a victory.

My third scumgame, and this time it was multiball. Albert B. Rampage replaced in early, and managed to pull off some pretty interesting shenanigans regarding the unique kill mechanic with the Vampires (the other scumteam). Our kill was shared and reached by a majority vote in an anonymous QuickTopic. We manged to control the kill for the most part by backstabbing our counterparts. There was some confusion on our end on whether Titus was a Jailer or a vampire, but it became pretty clear that Titus was a Jailer. Although in the end, ABR got lynched due to an investigative, hi im Yakko and I managed to pull off a quicklynch in LYLO for the win. Ranger called me out again, which scared me, but later shared that she died thinking I had townslipped. I think my play in LYLO was not very good, I tried too hard to frame Kaboose. Luckily, I got away with it.

I died pretty early on, so nothing much to say about my play. I'm pretty sure I played a strong early game, but AlwaysInnocent seemed to be paranoid because of Blitz 12 and pressured me. I protected Ranger on N1 but it failed, and Ranger died anyway. Then I died the night after. So the contribution I am proudest of was giving Ranger rap advice in the dead thread. 3dicerolling, the Cult Leader, was outed D2 and survived until N5, all the while failing to cult a single player, which was pretty incredible. Town won a serious uphill battle for this one, squeaking out a win despite a modkill on Anxiety Attack by lynching scum every single day.
