This is an indication by a player that they stand by the vote that they have already made.
It usually has no game effect, and either serves to point out that you're still voting for whomever or to emphasize your that you are voting for them.
Originally, every player was required to confirm their vote before a player could get eliminated. This practice has happily fallen into disuse.
