You will probably frequently see me stick to my initial reads, because I believe that first impressions are almost always the best indicator of what a person really is like, so if the first notable thing you do is be scummy and I notice it, don't be surprised when I become adamant in such a read, and same thing goes for vice versa. I do, however, have a problem with catching on to other people's plans. I've been known to catch on and expose things that others have been trying to use to get reactions or fake things only to have me blindly expose it. Don't get mad at me, I am just a very straight forward person who see's no need for tricks so I don't catch on to them. Overall, I tend to be consistent with my reads but my execution of such tends to be very shaky to many players and thus I am perceived as scummy in almost every game I am in even when I am town, and it's annoying because I actually am a competent player who catches scum through my own methods, even if others disagree.

Hello, I am Venmar.

Currently, I am mainly a moderator who enjoys modding games with a specific theme or flavour. I believe games lose that "feel" when flavour and theme are not present, and I take great pride in thinking up setups revolving around characters. I personally find the thrill of finding out you're that one badass from a movie, game, or show to be the best and it makes playing the game that much more exciting. Even if you get a boring role, the character assigned to it can always lighten up the mood. While I have a typically bad eye for balance, it doesn't limit my desire to expand and thinking up more and more setups, as I enjoy making setups as much as the flavour.

Why do I like flavour and theme so much you might ask? In real life I am a big writing buff and I enjoy writing stories. However I write original stories, writing pieces of flavour in mafia brings me the same thrill as if I was creating original work. I am also, ( I would like to think ) a creative person. I also spend a lot of my free time playing video games, watching movies, and watching TV shows, so when i get to mafia, getting to relive these themes in my own game brings me joy.

Below are themes I plan on working on in the future ( In no particular order )

- Crash Bandicoot ( I plan on doing 1 large game for this epic game series )
- Gears of War ( will do 1 large theme for this one VERY SOON, but might in the future do a series for each game. )
- The Walking Dead ( Maybe, probably not but a possibility. )
- Rachet and Clank ( Like Crash Bandicoot, but more distant in the future )
- Pirates of the Caribbean ( One game, not willing to do a series. Probably a large theme. )
- Django Unchained ( I plan on doing this one in the upcoming future, so expect me to be working on it soon. Probably a mini theme )
- Inglourious Basterds ( I know this has been done fairly recent by Scott Brosius, but in the distant future I would like to do my own once it becomes fresh again. )
- Borderlands ( I love these games but I doubt I will be able to formulate a setup. It is still a possibility in the future. )
- Family Guy ( I would do Futurama but that has been done. Definitely a mini theme in the future. )

This is no way is me reserving the above themes. For about 90& of them I don't even have a setup in mind yet, just the interest to do them in the future. You can go ahead and beat me to it if you wish, I have no problem with that as I got quite a bit of themes and flavours to use. However, the ones in bold are the ones I know I will work on in the future, so expect me to do them in the future, and if you want to do them then do them.

Below are themes I have already done and enjoyed!

- Breaking Bad ( Mini Theme ) = http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=25439

I have currently stopped my large streak of playing as a player. But when I do play, you will usually see me in either Large theme's, Large Normals, or Mini themes. I enjoy larger games and those with an interest mechanic or theme. As for my playing style, you will have to read up on my games, but I am a very straight forward and agressive player. I play the best as town because I am a man who can only focus on one thing at once, so playing scum is hard for me since I have to multitask my thoughts and actions, whereas playing town comes naturally to me and from experience I am an annoying player to lynch due to my agressive and talkative nature. Thought my play style as town is known to be perceived as scummy because I tend to skip over my logic and not explain my reads from time to time. I sometimes have a very unorthodox train of thought and sometimes I just expect people to catch on but this is not always the case. I also tend to use my gut almost more than 60% of the time to determine scum, and this has proven to be pretty effective in my record.

You will probably frequently see me stick to my initial reads, because I believe that first impressions are almost always the best indicator of what a person really is like, so if the first notable thing you do is be scummy and I notice it, don't be surprised when I become adamant in such a read, and same thing goes for vice versa.
