my game user name is "idea" -- this would be better capitalised so as to avoid confusion -- is it changeable?

ongoing game - Newbie 689 (started 14th October 2008)
mafiascum.net is a great site, but not sure whether i'll stay here, cos if the ICs in Newbie 689 are anything to go by, the games here are slow, and also i keep getting "This Account Has Exceeded Its CPU Quota" errors
