Line 1: Line 1:
The "uninformed majority" in a [[Mafia game]] is generally referred to as the [[Town]] - even in a themed game where normal definitions of "[[pro-town]]" or even type of being are turned on their head (see: [[The Old Pond]]). Despite all the uncertainties about who is really on their side, they have the potent weapon of their [[vote]] to decide who to [[lynch]] during the [[day]], and frequently [[roles]] besides [[vanilla townie]] will have [[night choice]]s that provide further assistance/enlightenment.
#REDIRECT [[Uninformed Majority]]

In most games, there is only one "Town", even if they do not strictly make up a majority of the players in the game due to multiple [[faction]]s of [[Scum]]; the fact that they are the largest plurality, and do not know who each other are, defines them.
