If a Watcher receives a "Did not see anything" PM when targeting a Ninja, but otherwise a "No result" PM, wouldn't that give away any targeted Ninja? | |||

Ninja watching PM
If a Watcher receives a "Did not see anything" PM when targeting a Ninja, but otherwise a "No result" PM, wouldn't that give away any targeted Ninja?
