A Smalltown setup is a setup where almost every aspect of the game is open. Not only are all the roles open, so is role distribution. Mafia (and SK, if it's in the game) are chosen completely randomly from the roles. All roles are unique, unlike most open setups. Adele is the one who first hosted a Smalltown setup. There have been three Smalltown games so far: Mini 382: Smalltown, Mini 421: Smalltown Scrubs and Mini 536: Heroes Smalltown. Mini 589: SSBB Smalltown is ongoing. All completed games have been positively received and have presented interesting situations. Smalltown setups are extremely difficult to balance due to their open nature. Some roles will look a lot juicier to the scum than others.
