Signup threads are where [[Game Moderator]]s collect the players for their game. Signup threads are where Game Moderators collect the players for their game. Each of the Forums handles this differently: Mini Games have a single thread for Mini Normal games and another for Mini Theme games, whereas Normal Games and Theme Games generally prefer to start a new thread, since they will often span more than a single page for a 20+ player game, burying old signups. Newbie Games function similarly to the Mini Games, but require a certain ratio of inexperienced and experienced players in each game. Invitationals and Mish Mash games are generally given their own signup threads as well.
Unless there is a very good reason, all Signup Threads for Mafia games should be located in the Queue forum of the board. (Non-mafia signup threads are in MishMash, and sometimes serve double duty as the Game Thread). Replacements may be sought either in your original signup thread, or in the Queue thread specifically made for that purpose.
