My first and probably best game on Mafiascum, lynching one mafia D1 and investigating the second N1. Sadly I was killed before I could out my report, but the rest of the town brought home a satisfying win.

My first and only experience with Fate (so far); LYLO on D4 lead to him being confirmed town but he hammered on the town cop due to the fact that it looked like him and I were 'in sync' (isn't that something mafia generally tend to avoid doing?). Then again I scumhunted terribly this game and I'm not proud at all. Probably my worst game so far.

I got some reads right, but the town mainly won due to poor mafia play and good PRs. Short and sweet.

Pegged 2/3 of the scum upon replacing in; both were lynched the following days. However things took a downward turn on D3, where scum sat back to watch a massive town on town fight between GreyICE and I. Due to it I was lynched that day and ICE's lynch the next day secured town's loss. Kudos to RangeroftheNorth for taking it home for scum although this game felt like a win for me.

Ugh. I self-hammered this game and it felt really like vandalism; although it felt good, it fucked the game up for town and the mod. This game was basically newbs tunnelling each other while the mafia sat back and watched. Interestingly enough, this was the first game where I didn't replace in and I lost terribly. Significant?

This game moved so fast I barely had time to talk much, but I hammered correctly where it counted in 3 way LYLO. By all rights the actual mafioso was less obviously scummy than the townie, but the nightkills and the townie's play did him in. I was called a VI for the first time this game, but it was by a mafioso who I got lynched so I'm not really paying much attention to it.

Further supporting my theory that I only do well when replacing in, I tried to switch up my playstyle this game and become a lot more offensive; it drew the ire of mozamis and jediknight (both town). Unfortunately, trust between us was irrevocably damaged and when mozamis and I were both alive in D4, mozamis voted me letting the newbie swoop in and hammer. Neither of us had thought for a second that this newbie (Quackerz) could be mafia and he must be congratulated for winning after having his buddy lynched D1.

After disentangling myself from a possible lynch D1, I faded into the background along with my buddy DarthYoshi. We were feeling pretty good after a Mafia lynch D2, and luck went our way when I was NK'd N2, propelling my partner to 3-way LYLO after the remaining Mafioso was lynched. Unfortunately he lost in LYLO due to factors that weren't really related to the game (NK timing). A good game though, especially with Darth as a buddy, and it felt like a win regardless of the final outcome.

Although garnering town reads for the first day, after my buddy was lynched D2 I fell into a state of utter apathy that led to my lynch D3. All the townies here were obvtown too, which didn't help. And my buddy was lynched before he could claim a PR that would be uncc'd.

My first game as scum, and a terrible one - I avoided the D1 lynch by the skin of my teeth and fakeclaimed doc D2 laughably badly. I was soon hammered, but I managed to pick the doc out of the players as a result. Thankfully my (and my predecessor's) obvscumminess left a slimy trail to a remaining town player, who was then lynched in LYLO.

I replaced into the slot of an outed mason D1, and after a mislynch that Day and the death of my mason partner N1, I felt very demotivated, and my play reflected this. On D2 we lynched scum. Although we did not know it, this was part of a series of very tricky gambits that would lead the scumteam to victory. On D4 we were in MYLO and looking set to lynch farside22, but her buddy Twistedspoon pulled off another amazing gambit, voting farside and acting as if he had hammered her for a scum win. After we lynched him I was killed that night. I could only watch on helplessly as Twistedspoon's gambit propelled farside to a victory on D6.

Although I was heavily suspicious of one of the scumteam's members (jilynne1991) throughout D1, we mislynched the VI in DeityKabuto. A spot of good luck meant that jilynne1991 was quacked during hypodocing the following night, though. The scumteam tried to kill me but failed thanks to Hoppster's protect. On D2 I was all over the place, going back and forth with a fellow townie. Thankfully the other townies saw sense and were able to lynch the remaining goon for a win.

I was part of the scumteam with andrew94 and Scumhunter, the latter's slot needing two replacements throughout the game. Amrun pursued my lynch ruthlessly on D1, but Ghostlin was the one to fall victim to the mob. However, securing Ghostlin's lynch meant our prints were all over the crime scene, and the cop successfully investigated and pushed through a lynch on the other members of my scumteam over the next two days, leaving me all alone. After NK'ing the cop, I successfully secured 2 mislynches to put me at LYLO. All seemed lost, but I managed to convince Ranmaru that Empking was the last scum and brought home the win.

"I know this loss is still in large part my fault, but I was reading through the thread before I got my Role PM and I thought 'wow forest_air and silavor are scum'. Imagine my horror when I remembered who I was replacing and got my role PM." I lost a fair bit of motivation for playing after I realised my slot was pretty obviously scum. We only survived the lynches we did because there was so much replacing going on.

After attempting to put into action a plan that would hopefully break the setup D1, the game lost all semblance of momentum. People were being replaced left, right and centre. However, a vig fakeclaim by a mafioso combined with another mafioso's lynch and the final mafia counterclaiming a PR lead to one mafia and all townies alive at the start of Day 2. It was autowin for the town from there and we lynched correctly once more, bringing us a true perfect win. I pegged 2/3 scum, to my satisfaction.

I replaced in towards the end of Day 3 and successfully pegged all three scum. I doubted myself a little towards the end, but all's well that ends well - we won fast and convincingly.

I started the game enthusiastically, but my reads wavered constantly and I felt very apathetic leading up to my lynch. Earlier, I had hammered DGB incorrectly and made her sad. Boo.

Town had missed deadline on two days which meant when I replaced in Day 5 that I felt a bit lost; the scum had done an amazing job staying off a bandwagon that ended up outing the Roleblocker earlier in the game. Unfortunately this was the wagon which I based my reads off.

I learnt a number of lessons through this game, none of which I actually applied when I had the hammer in three-way LYLO, lynching the townie who was completely wrong throughout the course of the game instead of the mafioso who I had had a scumread which I doubted at the last minute. I didn't find the (open) setup fun at all, though, and consequently lurked my way through the game.

After being killed on N3 I submitted farside the names of three people who I believed to be mafia. Two of them were correct. I wish I had been alive to share my opinions -- the town absolutely screwed up D4 by rushing LYLO, something I hate to see.

Probably one of my better games: town reads on me were strong enough that after claiming miller in response to a Cop guilty I remained alive until endgame. Some very fine play by MoI and also by Cosca, the latter unfortunately being Town-aligned.
