The modafia originally consisted of one late joiner (Ythill). After NicolBolas died, he was revived as a member of the modafia. quadz08 was then PMed and asked to join. Once all this had occurred, kyle99 put himself in the player list. As kyle99 explained later, the modafia was able to do essentially whatever they wanted.
