A joking term for players who have been around a while, who wish to sign up for a [[Newbie Game]]; instead of calling them "experienced", since they are in the [[Newbie]]s' territory, they are made more politically correct by calling them "Inexperience-Challenged", or '''IC''' for short.
"'''Inexperience Challenged'''" is a faux-politically correct term on mafiascum.net for experienced players ("IC"s) who sign up for Newbie games to represent the site and its meta.  This is considered a voluntary burden and taken very seriously by the list mod.  ICs must have completed five games on mafiascum.net and spent three months onsite before they can qualify for the position, and are occasionally barred from ICing if substantial complaints are raised.

All joking aside, these players are extremely valuable; they usually make up 1-2 of the 9 players in each Newbie Game, and help "show them the ropes", explaining strategy and providing both good ''and'' bad examples of gameplay!

ICs are vetted players who must have 5 or more completed games and 3 months time on-site to qualify.
