Fish Monkey God Mafia is a planned trilogy being modded by [[Xyzzy]], taking place in an alternate universe full of /lost, /cows, kittens, ducks, and Socrates. Each will focus on one of three interesting concepts in Mafia: alternate win conditions, multiple SKs and scum groups, and multiple cults. These three themes are themselves intertwined with three stories taking place within the world of the Fish Monkey God.

=Fish Monkey God Part I: The War for the Empire=

Fish Monkey God is the first game in the trilogy, focusing on the first battle in the War for the Empire.

Fish Monkey God, the second tale in the /Cows legacy, takes place thousands of years after the Great /Lost War, which itself took place several millenia before the War of the Kittens and Ducks; it is the beginning battle of a war that nearly destroyed the world. Those involved in the battle ultimately will ultimately all be known as heroes, and how it will end no one can be sure.

The story begins on the first night of the Light of Night Festival, in the largest city in the world. Children run through the streets, while fireworks go off and people from all around the world gather to sell food and entertainment from their own people. The festival itself revolves around the blue orb that the Fish Monkey God supposedly gave to the First Emperor, hundreds of years ago; this orb joined another red one, both of which gave the Emperors of history great power and wisdom. 

But as the red orb is brought down to the city square to be placed atop a giant glass fountain to commemorate the legacy of the Empire, a large boom is heard. The people of the city look around and discover smoke rising from the castle, near the Emperor's chambers. It quickly becomes apparent that the Emperor is being attacked; the stars aren't lit up in the sky yet. Another explosion of light fills the sky, this time causing beams of light to protrude down to eight of those in the streets, as well as in to the chamber of the castle where the explosion went off.

Another explosion in the sky startles the animals of a valley in an unexplored region of the world. As the beams of light reappear, twelve people materialize on the ground, wearing unusual, different clothing; each one wears a different cloak, each a different color. They look around, realizing that wherever they are it is now early in the day. Suddenly, another explosion produces a strange, orange and green light...

=Fish Monkey God Part II: Return of the War of the Kittens and the Ducks=

The second part of the Fish Monkey God story, taking place 20 years after the first, focuses on the aftermath of the war, and the resulting conflict when Socrates realizes that in the war recovery he is given an excellent opportunity to regain power; he brings the Kittens and the Ducks, long separated to other planets to end their eternal feud, and gives them a chance to repeat history - and possibly destroy the /cows forever.

=Fish Monkey God Part III: The Monkey Fish God=

In the third and final part of the trilogy, the Monkey Fish God, the Fish Monkey God's brother-in-law, has started a campaign to end so-called "misjustice" by the Fish Monkey God, and is attempting to take the Empire. They decide to take the battle to the world created by the Monkey Fish God, and the origin of the /lost virus that nearly destroyed the /cows in [[Mini 459|/cows mafia]].

Due to important plot elements in the first three games, the exact future of the series is unsure - it's entirely possible that the Fish Monkey God saga will end with the Monkey Fish God taking over. As the games end, more details about what will occur will become known.

Any Xyzzy newbie games will take place in the FMG universe, and other games parallel to the trilogy might be run. If you wish to canonizen your story within the official universe, feel free to PM me; I didn't start the Fish Monkey God mythos, so anyone can add to it.
