A game in which it is not possible for there to be a clear winner. For example, the last three players are a Vigilante, a Serial Killer, and a Mafia, and they all target each other in such a way as to all die. Or a Town with no Mafia left, but a Cult of equal size that has exhausted their recruiting ability. In the latter case, it can probably be said that both Factions win.
