Devoloped by IBM, and built on a powerful Cray supercomputer, Deep Red was the first artificial inteligence program to win a mafiascum tournament by making the stunningly brilliant move of:

(Actually this was an April Fool's Day joke that has turned in to a running gag. The Deep Red account is controlled by mith, and made an appearance as an NPC in Verbose Mafia 2.)
