A counterclaim is, simply, a Claim in response to another Claim. More specifically, it is usually a situation where two or more players claim the same role. This is the worst-case scenario to the Scum, who may have been trying to Falseclaim. Counterclaiming certain Power Roles, such as the Cop, is always a risky move and should be approached with the utmost caution.
