- i'm going to assume you mean this comment here?.. (link) i agree that this seems unnecessary, and could even fall under the 1st reason (harassing other users) for blocking a user according to the blocking policy... i went ahead and rolled back the edit... we should really come up w/ a better policy for when to block and when not to block users... i personally feel that a block here is not necessary, but maybe a gentle warning...

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them.
