A Racketeer is a role that allows the factional kill to protect a player from other actions. Someone killed by a Racketeer will have any other actions targeting them fail that night. A Racketeer's rolestopping will prevent the target from being saved by a Doctor or Jailkeeper.
It is equivalent to combining the factional kill with a Rolestopper. However, a Racketeer may still opt to use the factional kill normally. This is useful to gate the Racketeer ability.
A Vigilante might be able to be combined with a Rolestopper to have a similar effect to a Racketeer.
