Template:LSG-Gamebox

It is recommended to start by including the LSG-Gamebox template. Refer directly to the template article for specifics as it will have the most up-to-date guidance and information.

Player Record & Voting Record Tables

Many LSG game records display a table that includes information about players and their fate in the game. This might include how/when they were eliminated, who their character was (if the game was Anonymous). In a Survivor game, this table would typically displays all the tribes they were on over the course of the game. For another type of ORG such as The Challenge, the table might instead include information about who they were paired with.

Additionally, many LSG game records display a table with a summary by round of voting records for elimination and by the jury for the winner. These might also include information about players or teams who were immune from being voted out.

Possible Solutions

  • CreativeMod1 developed a modding spreadsheet geared toward Survivor games that standardizes creating these tables. It is recommended to follow the instructions provided in the LSG Mod Template thread.
  • If a mod team did not use CreativeMod1's spreadsheet format, but does have their own charts or records stored with similar information, it may be simplest to just take a screenshot of what they do have and then upload it.
Here is example code for how to include an image that has been uploaded to the wiki within an article:
[[File:TheNameofthefile.jpg]]
  • It is also possible to use another completed game's tables and manually edit them to fit your game's details. Check within Category:Large Social Games for completed game records of a similar ORG type.

Supplemental Game Summary Information

It can be very helpful to record additional information in writing about a game's format and what occurred during the game. The MS thread where the game was held or advertised often has a summary of unique format details that could be good to pull from. Spectator discussion areas may also include summaries or mentions of the most important events that happened each round.

Redirect Pages

Are there other search terms for your game that someone might use? Such as an acronym/shortened version of the name? You can help people locate the information they're looking for by setting up one or more redirect pages. Use this type of code in the body of the additional pages:
