The wiki is part of the site, and he is/was using it as a platform for his outrage at being banned. mith can overturn it at any time, but right now he needs to be communicating directly with mith about the ban, not making his case to the public. As for 'damage', there's little that can be done as a regular user, but it is possible to set up scripts and such that make a lot of hassle in a very short period of time.
