why does this user have the 'blockme' template on their page?.. they have no contributions, so they couldn't have possibly filled 1 of the 6 reasons for blocking (blocking policy)... the summary said 'potential spammer', but until the user actually spams, we don't know do we?.. i would like some discussion on this before we just up & block a user...

I remember putting the 'blockme', if anyone is to take the blame, and I'm pretty sure it was for something he did, but right now I can't seem to find what it was. I'm very sorry if this was a mistake, my fault Andycyca||me||What? 17:39, 8 October 2007 (MDT)
