Town-on-town is a term used to describe two Townies believing each other to be scum. The two Townies will proceed to attack each other for mostly legitimate and pro-town reasons.

Once a fight is determined to be town-on-town, a player can probably safely ignore most of it, as it is unlikely it will provide any new information. Making this determination is of course difficult, since scum will do what they can to make their fights seem town-on-town for this reason (especially if they are double bussing).
