  - That section shouldn't really have been used in the first place; I wrote it for the original About page, long before the first wiki was made, and it made a little more sense in context. jeep was just trying to incorporate all that old stuff in the wiki, and I guess no one wanted to touch it once it was there. --WikiSysop 04:42, 10 February 2007 (MST)

It probably doesn't have to live on the main page anymore, it was just copied over largely wholesale from the old wiki... since we didn't have categories before, it may be able to be shortened. -- Mr. Flay 20:01, 9 February 2007 (MST)

List of things that could/should be changed:

The "intro" scene should either be improved or removed (if we can't write something better than what I wrote five years ago...)

The About section isn't very good - some of it doesn't belong at all, some can be greatly reduced.

Perhaps make Mafia (game) a separate page for the basic rules and that the online version came from the card version (with links to Mafia History, Forum Mafia, etc.

HowToUseTheWiki is out of place in the middle there.

Parts of the FAQ are as old as the intro/about, and needs to be updated badly or removed as a link.

Variations as a category is a little confusing, and not really a good starting place for someone learning about the game.

~~The whole How/Where section is iffy - forum link is already at the top, and the don't panic link should probably go there as well.~~

How often are the Downloads actually used?

~~Amstaad, ScumNomic, DMM, and GameTags can be combined into one Mish Mash link.~~

Similarly with the meetups.

QuoteBook is pretty messy, and pretty random. Either needs to be improved or removed.
