Hopefully Wgeurts gets some good material out of this to use for his article.  Hopefully he can also fix the formatting of the nowiki stuff since I seem to be failing. Tn5421 (talk) 13:17, 14 March 2015 (EDT)

Game Records

There are two ways to do game records. Have all of the games you've ever played in one section or create sections based on game type. You should briefly go over both functions but focus on the first one.

The first row is for games that are ongoing. Num controls the sorting level of the row in question. Lower numbers will appear higher in the list. Game is where you type the game name. glink is where you type in the thread number, this attribute is what allows the template to automatically link your game. r indicates if you've replaced in/out that game (citation needed). Status will show the status of the game, for ongoing games namely what day/night phase it is. Mod is where you put the game mod's name. Team shows what team you are on, Role shows your role, rlink is how you show what your role is (mainly used for theme games where custom role names are used), endlink links the game over post (you'll need to get the post number to fill this out), endtext is the text for the endgame link (which you can use to track how you died or how often you survived overall), and myplay is a numerical value between 0 and 5 that you assign yourself based on how you feel that you played. Below is what the above nowiki code looks like in practice.

Game W/L Moderator Role Team Death / Status My play

Hopefully Wgeurts gets some good material out of this to use for his article. Hopefully he can also fix the formatting of the nowiki stuff since I seem to be failing. Tn5421 (talk) 13:17, 14 March 2015 (EDT)
