A Swashbuckler is a player who can target a player to kill them if they are in a private topic and not targeted by anyone else. However, a Swashbuckler targeting someone who is not in a private topic will die.
Standard version
A Swashbuckler targets a player during the night. If they are in a PT and exactly one person targets them, they will die. If they are not in a PT, the Swashbuckler will die instead.
