SE players in the Newbie Queue occupy an SE slot in games and are typically interested in becoming an IC one day. They are a bridge between the Newbe and IC players.
  • Informally, anyone who feels themself to no longer be a "noob" but are not yet confident enough in their abilities, may consider themself semi-experienced.
