A Role PM is a Private Message sent to each player by the moderator containing the details of their role, as well as how to confirm that they are playing the game.
Note that players are usually disallowed to explicitly quote their Role PM to any significant degree. However, paraphrasing your Role PM is generally allowed.
Note that on sites other than mafiascum.net, claiming is not allowed at all. This is considered a sign of a weak setup that can be broken by a mass nameclaim.
