Pie E7 is an Open Setup game which features a Day Start and which was designed by Pie Is Good:
Pie E7
- 1 Mafia Goon
- 1 Mafia Roleblocker (for balance reasons, the Roleblocker should also be able to nightkill even if the Goon is dead; see this thread for arguments on the matter)
- 1 Sane Cop
- 1 Doctor
- 3 Townie
Notes
This setup was used for a time as a Newbie Setup as a replacement for the somewhat unbalanced C9, but turned out to be somewhat unbalanced toward the Town. F11 is a hybrid of C9's semi-openness and Pie E7's pro-mafia tilt.
Note: The "E7" portion of the name is a bit of a misnomer, since unlike "C9" which it is based on, the game involves no variability of roles.
Standard Role PMs
Mafia Goon
You are a Mafia Goon. Your partner, [player], is a Mafia Roleblocker. At night, you may talk to your partner and send in a kill between the two of you. Your partner can also roleblock a player, but you'll have to make do without if (s)he dies. You win when you have eliminated all opposition (or this is inevitable) with some part of your team still intact.
Mafia Rolebocker
You are a Mafia Roleblocker. Your partner, [player], is a Mafia Goon. At night, you may talk to your partner and send in a kill between the two of you. Your team may also roleblock a player each night, as long as you are still alive. You can kill and roleblock two different people at the same time in this game, even if you are alone. You win when you have eliminated all opposition (or this is inevitable) with some part of your team still intact.
Cop
You are a Town Cop. You can send in an investigation each night to find out whether the player is a member of the Mafia or not. These results are guaranteed to be accurate. You win when you have eliminated all opposition (or this is inevitable) with some part of your team still intact.
Doc
You are a Town Doctor. You can protect a player from the Mafia's kill each night. You win when you have eliminated all opposition (or this is inevitable) with some part of your team still intact.
Townies
You are a Town Vanilla. You sleep at night. You win when you have eliminated all opposition (or this is inevitable) with some part of your team still intact.
