| colspan="7" | My first game of forum mafia contains a lot of fumbling around as I didn't want to roll scum for my first couple games. Lurked a lot while figuring out how to fake reads and question players. My partner Mattman replaced out right away, leaving me with the lovely Fionna, who was an awesome partner. Day 1 was cake as a very belligerent Trevor got himself lynched without us lifting a finger. Both of us noticed that Praetyre seemed to be playing extremely cautious and reluctant to give information, guessed that he was a PR, and took him out Night 1 (we were right - he was Cop!). Fionna had plenty of experience from another site and managed to look super town to everyone until she made a BAD slip and got lynched for it. On Day 3 Implosion was able to lead a lynch on me via Process of Elimination. Still, I think I learned a decent amount, and Hiplop and Implosion (the IC and SE respectively) left some important initial lessons. I'm not proud of this game because I kind of just gave up and rolled over once my lynch gained traction, which discouraged me from playing more games and improving.

| colspan="7" | Rolled scum again, which I wasn't happy about initially. This game was basically an experiment for me as I'd noticed a lot of people get townread on MS being bullish/aggressive so that's what I attempted, though it's very far from my personality. At game start, Notscience's odd newbie play generated a lot of confusing noise. I pretended to tunnel him by picking up on a lot of inconsistencies in his play, but he didn't get hammered and we had to wait until Day 2 to rope him. I had a general strategy to either eliminate the experienced players or get them on my side which worked for the most part. Night 1 we decided to investigate the IC, The Acting Method, who turned up Cop (we killed him Night 2 before he could confirm Autti). Day 3 I played closely to Ms Marangal who had a townread on me, by essentially letting her develop a confirmation bias towards DoctorPepper and following her. We were able to convince the town to lynch during 6-P MYLO by saying a no-lynch would result in the same situation the next day, only with Autti (our presumed clear) gone. I was pretty proud of my play this game since I managed to stay out of the line of fire and also was townread by most, even by the people I lynched. TAM even said I was the scum MVP!

| colspan="7" | My first replacement game and also my first town win! This game was severely disrupted by replacements (even the mod!) and I inherited a slot that, despite leading the lynch on scum!DoctorPepper Day 1, wasn't confirmed. Luckily, going into Day 3 we had two clears (Karnage and Theslimer3) and one universally-read town (Saki). It was a unique situation because none of the three players PoE said could be scum (me, Fferyllt, and Sakura Hana) could answer for their Day 1 actions/interactions with DP. At first Saki, Ffery and I seemed to all agree that Sakura looked the scummiest and deserved rope, but then I got paranoid and started to see everything Ffery did through a scum lens, doing a lot of back-and-forth between Sakura and Ffery. When Sakura self-voted, Ffery began to doubt her read on my slot and also started to see everything I did through a scum lens. Sakura nearly pulled it off a lynch on me until she got tired of the day dragging on and self-hammered. This is the game that showed me I like playing town more than scum, even though I'm tragically indecisive and need more confidence in my gut reads.

| colspan="7" | My first foray outside of the Newbie forum, which showed me I still had a ways to go in learning the ropes. AngryPidgeon came up with a cool setup! My newness showed a lot, but I might have hid behind the "I'm a newbie" wall too often for it to feel genuine. Overall I had a really difficult time faking my reads or pursuing leads on anybody, and towards the end my hectic RL clusterfuck prevented me from spending as much time looking town as I wanted to. Day 1 was strange for me what with Ffery being suicidal and eventually getting lynched. Buldermar and I were fooled by Nero's fakecrumbing and nearly fooled by Malakitten's too. I think our mistake was not killing Orcinus when he was obvtown right out of the gate; unfortunately for us he was Role Cop and investigated correctly. I observed some great scum play from my partner and town play from the others. Buld also gave me the early advice to not "Do anything drastically different as scum. Just play as you do as town and try to forget the fact that you're not", which I've since tried to incorporate into my games since I'm not the micromanaging type. As a side note, this game caused me to watch all 4 seasons of BSG in about 2 weeks right before finals, so there's that LOL.

22, recent architecture grad with a lot of time on my hands. I don't really have a handle on my playstyle and it changes a lot with every game I play, but here's a wiki anyway.

quadz08 Started Mafia Goon (partner: BebbZ/Diabolik) Survived Scum win, Day 3
I wasn't happy about rolling scum again. This game was an experiment for me as I'd noticed a lot of MS players got townread by being bullish/aggressive - so that's what I attempted, though it's very far from my personality. At game start, Notscience's odd newbie play generated a lot of confusing noise.
