A Magical Fairy is a role that inverts untargetability (such as from a Commuter).

A Magical Fairy causes roles that would normally not be able to target the Magical Fairy's target to be able to target the Magical Fairy's target.

Inverted is a modifier that applies the effects of a Magical Fairy.

The standardized Role PM for "Magical Fairy" describes the action as follows:
