Tailor

Tailor Alias: none Alignment: Mafia Role type: Deceptive Choice: Night Status: Known

A Tailor may choose to alter a player's investigative results during the night, causing that target to either investigate as Guilty (or whichever result is unfavorable) to Cops or Innocent (or whichever result is favorable) to Cops. For obvious reasons, this role is almost always aligned with scum.

No version of this role is currently considered Normal on mafiascum.net.

Standard version

A Tailor targets a player to have them investigate as either Town or Not Town to Cops (specified when the action is submitted).

Variations

A Tailor may instead make a player investigate as Guilty if they are Town-aligned or Innocent if they are not Town-aligned.

Framer makes players investigate as Guilty to Cops.

Lawyer makes players investigate as Innocent to Cops.

• Each Night, if no other member of your faction is performing this action, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, that player will die.
• Each Night, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, that player will investigate as either "Town" or "Not Town" to Cops (specified when you submit this action).

You win if at least one mafia member is alive and all other players are dead (or if nothing can prevent the same).
