Some people "itching" for a large, but simple Open Game. Thus Picking Simplicity came into existence. Picking Simplicity is a fairly simple 20 person game, suggested by Pickemgenius on the 7^th of July, 2007.

Picking Simplicity

A Picking Simplicity game consists of the following roles:

• 4 Mafia Goons
• 1 Serial Killer (Immune to Investigation)
• 1 Cop
• 1 Doctor
• 13 Townies

Mafia Goons

Welcome, XXXXX. You are a Mafia Goon. Your fellow goons are @@@@@, #####, and $$$$$.

This means that each night, the four of you (the living ones, if you aren't lucky) may decide on a player to kill. One of you (it does not matter who) may send to me a PM with the name of the player you wish to kill. During he Night, the living Mafiosi may talk [url]here[/url].

You win when you outnumber the town, or nothing can prevent same.

Serial Killer

Welcome, XXXXX. You are a Serial Killer.

This means that once per Night, you must send to me a PM with the name of a person that you would like to kill. If you do not submit a playername to be killed, one will be chosen for you at random. You will show up as Not Guilty if the Town Cop happens to investigate you.

You win when there is no one left alive besides yourself.

Cop

Welcome, XXXXX. You are Town Cop.

This means that once per Night, you may send me a PM with the name of a player you wish to investigate. You result will be of the form: Guilty {or} Not Guilty.

You win when there are no remaining threats to the Town, or nothing can prevent same.

Doc

Welcome, XXXXX. You are a Town Doctor.

This means that once per night, you may send me a PM with the name of a player whom you wish to protect.

You win when there are no remaining threats to the Town, or nothing can prevent same.

Townies

Welcome, XXXXX. You are a Vanilla Townie.

This means that you may post in the thread and vote for who to lynch. At Night, you may sleep.

You win when there are no remaining threats to the Town, or nothing can prevent same.
