Motion Detector (II)

The Motion Detector (II) is an investigative role that can target a player at Night and learn if any actions were ever performed by or on that player on that night or previous nights, but not what the actions were or who else was involved.
Standard version
A Motion Detector (II) should receive the same result if they see that their target has ever performed an action as they would if they see that their target has ever been targeted. If their target is Ascetic or targeted by a Rolestopper, they should receive a "No Result" pm, the same as if they'd been blocked themselves. A Motion Detector (II) would not see a Ninja performing a kill and would not see Stealthy actions.
Variations
This role shouldn't be confused with the Motion Detector, which detects if any actions were performed by or on that player that night.
An Executive checks if a player has ever performed an action, and a Flight Recorder checks if a player has ever been targeted by an action.

Welcome to game! You are a Town Motion Detector (II).
You have the following active ability:
- Each Night, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, you will learn whether or not any actions were ever performed by or on that player this game (on that night or previous nights), but not what they were, or who else was involved.
You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Example (with modifiers)
Welcome to game! You are a Town 1-shot Loud Motion Detector (II).
You have the following active ability:
- Once in the game at Night, you may target a player. Assuming no interference with your action, you will learn whether or not any actions were ever performed by or on that player this game (on that night or previous nights), but not what they were, or who else was involved. Your target will learn that you targeted them (but not what action you targeted them with).
You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.
