The Game
Micro 217: Achievement Unlocked was a game designed and moderated by Nachomamma8. The game's premise is based on the a list of Mafia Achievements created by Vi in 2011.
The player list was:

- Morph the cat (a hydra of cabd and fferyllt)

- Baezu
- Goodmorning
Sakura Hana - VoidedMafia
One of the achievements set for the players was to start or join an avatar fad. Bulbazak started the fad and most of the players joined it.

Honorable Mention
Like the best of avatar fads, this one extended a little beyond the inception point. borkjerfkin created his own avatar inspired by the fad, and was arguably the best of breed.
