8-Ball is a near-vanilla setup designed around the concept of the Mafia needing to eliminate one particular player that they select in order to gain a nightkill. The Mafia are rewarded for pushing specific eliminations through, while the Town gains extra information to analyze.

Mechanics

  • Daytalk is enabled.
  • By default, the scumteam does not get a nightkill.
  • Before each day phase (including Day 1), the Mafia pick one player to be the "8-Ball". If this player is eliminated, they flip as the 8-Ball, and scum get a nightkill.
  • After each elimination, scum can change their 8-ball.
